Never lose your travel paperwork

Our home printer is also a scanner. We also have Adobe Acrobat set up. So, whenever we get a travel document or voucher, not only do we print two copies, but we save it as a pdf file, as well. Then, just before the travel date, using Acrobat, we combine all the individual pdf files into one file and email it to every traveler, as well as our emergency contact...

I then open the emailed pdf on my iPad and import it into iBooks.

Now we have two printed copies, three email copies, and an electronic copy. Don't forget to copy your insurance and Passport as well!

I told you I am anal-retentive. When traveling, you should be too.
